This is the final inspection for C-Rocks. A check was received for the license fees, check #1567 was received from Connie Brown.

Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces and all other areas prior to officially opening.

All equipment is functinoing properly.

Chlorine bleach is the sanitizer used in the facility.

This form shall serve as temporary licensure, a license will be mailed.
  • Thermometers provided and conspicuously placed
    Thermometers have been provided to all coolers and freezers.
  • Non-food contact surfaces designed, constructed, maintained, installed, located.
    The hand wash sink in the women's restroom is pulling away from the wall.
    Seal the sink to the wall.
    Equipment shall be sealed to the adjoining equipment or adjacent walls or ceilings if exposed to seepage or splash.
  • Food contact surfaces of equipment and utensils clean
    Clean and sanitize all food contact surfaces prior to opening.
  • Non-food contact surfaces clean
    Clean and sanitize all nonfood contact surfaces prior to opening.
  • Critical: Cross-connections, back-siphonage, back-flow prevented
    The mop sink has a new faucet and the violation has been corrected.

    The side door now has a self closing mechanism and has been repaired.

    Floors, floor coverings, mats, and duckboard shall be maintained clean.
  • Walls, ceilings, and attached equipment, properly constructed, clean
    The walls under the bar area have areas of chipping and cracking.  The fans covers in the walk in cooler are soiled.
    Repair the walls to ensure they are smooth, easily cleanable and non absorbent.
  • Lighting provided as required. Fixtures shielded
    The lights above the bar are not shielded.
    Provide light shields or shatter resistant lights to prevent contamination of food and drinks.

The mechanical equipment is all functioning. Coolers are working and functioning properly.

    There are no thermometers present in the coolers.
    Provide thermometers for the freezer and coolers.
    A numerically scaled indicating thermometer/recording thermometer, accurate to plus or minus 3°F, shall be provided and conspicuously placed in each mechanical refrigerator and each hot food storage facility.
  • Non-food contact surfaces designed, constructed, maintained, installed, located.

    There was a hose at the mop sink that is connected as the faucet.
    Corrected, hose removed. Provide a faucet to the sink.
    There shall be no cross connections between the safe-water supply and any unsafe or questionable water supply, or any source of pollution through which the safe water supply might become contaminated are permitted.Devices to protect against backflow and backsiphonage shall be installed at all fixtures and equipment where an air gap of at least twice the diameter of the water inlet is not provided between the water outlet from the fixture and the fixture~s flood-level rim.
  • Restrooms with self-closing doors, fixtures operate properly, facility clean, supplied with hand soap, disposable towels or hand drying devices, tissue
    There are no waste receptacle at the hand wash sink behind the bar or in the restrooms. There are no paper towels in the men's restroom. There is no toilet paper in the women's restroom.
    Easily cleanable waste receptacles shall be conveniently located near the hand washing facilities if disposable towels are used.
    A supply of toilet tissue shall be provided at each toilet at all times.
    A supply of sanitary towels shall be conveniently located near each lavatory.

    Openings to the outside shall be tight fitting and self-closing.
