This facility has changed owners and the kitchen has been granted approval under the guidelines of Chapter 10, Food and Food Handlers Code, Peoria County.
As with the previous facility, the bar cannot be used for any food or beverage service or storage due to lack of a handsink.

The large 3 door stainless cooler on the line does not function. Do not use this cooler until capable of holding foods at 41 degrees or less.

Bottle of Clorox clean up on top of glass door cooler. Store toxic items properly and I safely below or completely separate from foods and food items. Do not use this product for sanitizing it is too strong. BOTTLE WAS MOVED
