This routine inspection was conducted along with an initial inspection of the new outdoor food shed operating with a variance under this license for the outdoor ice skating rink on the grassy knoll. Outdoor shed is approved to operate. Electrical wiring has been installed to allow for hot and cold holding units. Clean and sanitize all food and nonfood contact surfaces prior to placing shed in operation. Screens for windows need sliding openings to remain in place when not in use.
