A frozen, raw pork loin and some white paper wrapped (possible meat) items, in the deep freeze are being stored with frozen pizza. Any food items for personal use shall be marked "personal" and stored separate from food items for the customers, so the customer food is protected at all times. Provide these items to be in a separate freezer and/or container or not stored on the premises at all.

- Critical: Facilities to maintain proper temperatures
The bar coolers were just turned on during the inspection. A sufficient number of hot or cold-holding units capable of holding foods at the proper temperature shall be provided to maintain the required temperature of potentially hazardous food on display. Check the internal temperatures of the coolers at the bar to make sure they can maintain food and drink items at 41 degrees or below (recommended temperature of 36-38 degrees internally).
- Plumbing installed and maintained
A small leak is present at the 3-compartment sink faucet in the kitchen area. Plumbing shall be sized, installed, and maintained in accordance with applicable provisions of the Illinois State Plumbing Code. Repair this leak.

A supply of hand-cleansing soap or detergent shall be available at each lavatory. A supply of sanitary towels or a hand-drying device providing heated air shall be conveniently located near each lavatory. Provide soap and paper towels at each hand sink.
- Critical: Outer openings protected from insects, rodent proof
The sweep on the front door to the establishment is torn/in disrepair and daylight is present. Openings to the outside shall be effectively protected against the entrance of rodents and insects by tight fitting self-closing doors, closed windows, screening, controlled air currents or other effective means. Provide a new sweep for this door to eliminate daylight.
