HACCP = utensil storage chlorine bleach is the sanitizer used at this establishment. All frozen food is frozen. A new chemical dish machine will be installed in the kitchen within the next two weeks. New plumbing and a small water heater have been installed for this new machine. The employees at this establishment were not informed of any regulations needed through the health department for the addition of this machine. It has been discussed during this inspection that a new floor layout (including the location of any hand sinks) will need to be submitted to our department. The fax number has been provided.
