A LOT OF WET/SOILED TOWELS WERE STORED ON COUNTERS AND BOARDS OF THE WASH SINKS.
ALMOST ALL THE FOOD PRODUCTS INCLUDING PORK, FISH, AND BEEF STORED WITH HOT HOLDING UNIT WERE MEASURED BETWEEN 80-100F.
COUPLE OF FLIES WERE SEEN IN THE KITCHEN.
THE RICE SCOOPS WERE STORED IN UNCLEAN CONTAINERS.
THERE IS DIRT ACCUMULATION INSIDE THE ICE MACHINE.
THERE IS VERY SLOW WATER DRAIN FROM THE FLOOR SINK BELOW THE PREPARATION SINK.
