OBSERVED FOOD PRODUCTS STORED ON THE FLOOR IN THE KITCHEN AND THE DRY STORAGE AREA.
OBSERVED HEAVY GREASE AND DIRT ACCUMULATION ON THE FLOOR BELOW THE COOKING EQUIPMENT.
THE DISPENSER TUBES FOR THE SANITIZER IS TOO SHORT.
THERE IS NO QUAT AMMONIA SANITIZER MEASURING STRIP.
