Moist wiping cloths must be kept in sanitizing solution between uses to prevent bacteria growth. Sanitizer bucket set up but cloths not stored in bucket and solution in bucket had evaporated. Ensure solution is changed frequently and wiping cloths are stored in solution except when in use. Also ensure sanitizer bucket is labeled to prevent accidental misuse.

Facility is very clean and well organized. Good product storage all throughout facility.*Discussed paper towels at hand sink not mounted and hand soap bag was nearby but not in dispenser. Recomend mounting paper towels and provide a working hand soap pump to facilitate easy hand washing.
