Notes: No violations observed during the inspection. -Restroom clean and stocked.-Walk in cooler at 34F. Lights properly shielded. -Reach in cooler at 40F. Dates good. Product stored properly.-Reach in freezer all product frozen.-Observed proper food storage.-Observed proper chemical storage.-Facility makes their own ice during the summer. Ice machine was not in service during inspection. Facility has stamp they use to label bags.-No signs of pests or vermin.-Outside garbage stored properly.

Observed ice bags filled on site not labeled with facility name and address. Ensure all bagged ice is labeled with facility name and address for trace back purposes.

Observed various non food contact surfaces in need of thorough cleaning. This includes but is not limited to: trays in dairy fridge (mold); bottom shelf of dairy fridge (dried milk spillage); inside of microwave; floor in restroom around toilet and shelves under cabinets where microwave and coffee machine are located.

Dairy fridge @ 40F. Walk in @ 38F. No potentially hazardous foods stored in walk in. Reach in Nestle and Ice Cream Snacks freezers @ 0F. Ice machine clean but not in use at time of inspection. Per staff unit is turned on when more bagged ice is needed. *Observed various grocery items for sale that are past sell by date. Recommend product is rotated properly and discard out of date products.
