General Comments that relate to this Inspection The following was observed at the time of inspection:Walk-in refrigeration checked at approximately 38F; walk-in freezer checked at -4F. Date marking codes on potentially hazardous foods checked good.Food Storage checked good.Recommend regular cleaning of employee refrigeration unit; in addition; recommend larger employee refrigeration unit. Ensure products stay rotated at least once per week and hold at 40F or below.
