General Comments that relate to this Inspection Refigeration units at below 41 F.Dish washer thermometer checked at 150 F on wash cycle and 190 F on sanitizing rinse cycle.Noted hand sinks stocked and functional.Operator uses kitchen very seldom to bake products to order for events.Reviewed glove use requirement to prevent bare hand contact with ready to eat foods with operator..Operator is the CFPM; obtained certificate over one year ago. There are no addtional staff or CFPMs in this operation.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection No violations observed at the time of inspection:Facility does very limited baked goods/pastries; depot/kichen Health Permit location is "Nothing To It' @ 225 Crummer Lane. No cooking/or cooling of potentially hazardous foods with this Health Permit.All equipment in kitchen noted with no problems.Owner would like to maintain Health Permit for occasional events/banquets etc.
