Refer being utilized is a Pepsi window sliding refer. This refer unit is not made for holding food product or for cooling per the manufacturer's sticker is meant for prepackaged food and bottle storage. Discontinue use for cooling product.

Operator was cooling on truck; some product pork 103 degree F and rice 106 degree F; and had product in ice bath; no cooling of product on mobile unit this is prohibited per 180.260.

Due to the depth of product and type of pan operator voluntarially condemned the product. Also raw product; eggs; beef; being stored over ready to eat product; raw product should be stored at the lowest level to protect against contamination or bacteria from leaking product.Tomato paste and mushrooms being stored in the original can. Need to transfer product into a food grade container to protect against leaching of metals into the food.
