General Comments that relate to this Inspection The items noted on the previous inspection conducted on 9/3/2015 have been corrected.Ok to issue permit to operate.Walk-in cooler at 38 F. All refirgerated equipment at below 41 F.Noted hand sinks stocked and functional in prep areas and in resstrooms.Dishwasher checked at 100 ppm chlorne concentration and 130 F.Cooking; cooling and re-heating of foods will be done. RIsk category 3 assigned. Facility requires coverage by Certified Food Protection Mangers all hours of food operations. One CFPM is already on staff full time; passed ServSafe exam on first attempt.Must obtain addtional CFPM staff for required coverage by 11/16/2015.Replace the uni-strut supports with acrylic supports for condensate drain pipe inside walk-in cooler by 9/22/2015.
