The drain line for keg cooler's drip tray has been separated from ice machine's drain line. Each piece of equipment drains on individual drain lines into floor sink.OK to issue permti to operate.Dish washer's final rinse temperature observed on previous inspection at 180 F on dish washer's thermometerBuliding permit sign off still pending on installation of ceiling lights over bar.The drain line for drip tray needs to be installed such the it mainatains a constant slope to keep it drained properly; drain line observed filled with fluid; recommmend to replace the flexible tubing with pvc pipe.Cut end of ice machine's drain line shorter at floor sink to provide a one inch air gap.Risk category 1 assigned; therefore no Certified Food Protection Manager is required.Alcohol warning sign noted posted not in conspicuous place for patrons. Provided new copy of sign to post and keep posted conspicuously.This is a non smoking facility since it is not exclusive of minors. Must post a no smoking sign at each public entrance.Facility currently open for business; had been operating under a pre-packaged permit. Permit type changed to bar as of this day.
