Keep the coolers at 40F or less for perishable foods.- Stock the hand washing sink with soap and towels.- Seal the cabinetry to the floor to prevent debris from accumulating up underneath the cabinets.- Plumb the walk-in condensate drain.- Install light shield end caps on those that are missing on the overhead fluorescent light bulbs.OK TO ISSUE PERMIT TO OPERATE W/ CONDITIONS LISTED.
