No violations observed at time of inspection. Thank you;All cold holding checked OK and recorded below 40 F.Dairy dates current.Bar guns and holders observed clean.Proper icescoop storage.Bar washer recorded with 100 ppm chlorine bleach. Discussed with operators to test machine after each cycle due to inconsistency of levels of chlorine bleach recorded. Do have it repaired if barwasher is not dispensing sanitizer at levels to be between 50-100 ppm. Hand sinks properly stocked with liquid soap and sanitary disposable towels.Reviewed employee sick policy and handwashing procedures. Gastrointestinal illlnesses require a 48 hour exclusion period from the time of last incident of occurrence or a doctor's note. Please post alcohol warning/consumer advisory in unisex restroom.
