Reviewed with person in charge to keep handsink properly stocked. Do not use wiping cloths to dry hands. Do not allow employees to store any equipment inside handsink or block access to handsink. ** Do stock handsink with paper towels by end of business day.Handwashing is the best way to prevent the spread of illness.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection The following corrections shall be made within 7 days:1) Repair leaking faucet at handsink in restroom.2) Provide a covered trashcan in both restrooms.3) Replace broken floor tiles within 30 days. This will be reinspected within 90 days. 4) The walls with exposed insulation shall be covered and sealed to be smooth and easily cleanable. Observed only prepackaged boxes of soda stored in this area. 5) Provide a liquid soap dispenser and mount it to post next to handsink in bar area.6) Clean deflector plate inside ice machine of all buildup.Notes:This bar will be a smoking bar and is age restricted. Only 21 years and older. Cold holding units checked okay and within regulations < 40 F.Test strips availble.Bar guns and holders observed clean.This bar will be issued a risk category of 1. Beverages may be served along with incidental food such as popcorn; pretzels and chips. The food shall not be served in communal bowls. Any other food preparation and service is prohibited. A food protection manager is not required for this bar permit. OK to operate; OK to issue health permit.** Please post Washoe County Health District Food Permit once received via USPS in a conspicous spot of business. A reinspection will be conducted within 90 days. This inspection will be unannounced.
