General Comments that relate to this Inspection Reviewed with owner that all foods from bulk containers that are sold individually must be properly labeled for traceback capabilities. Invoices are kept for 6 years for all food products in grocery store. Do cut out the packaging label from bulk container; box; or package and keep labeled displayed next to food product on display. All food must be properly labeled with name of manufacturer and contact information for traceback capabilities. ** Grocery store has labeling for most of the food products offered for sale. Please ensure and monitor that all bulk foods that are separated from its bulk container are properly labeled.No chemicals are sold in grocery store.Food properly stored. No raw products stored over ready to eat foods.Reviewed with operator to keep all leafy greens in cold holding at 41 F or lower. This does not include herbs but it is recommended.
