OBSERVATIONS:- All refrigeration temperatures were at or near that required by regulation (reach-in 32F)- Ensure that all chemicals are clearly labeled to prevent misuse (e.g. glass cleaner spray bottle - corrected on-site).- Sanitizing water in the 3-compartment sink observed @ 50ppm bleach. Maintain between 50-100ppm. Test strips were available.

- Cracked neck on the faucet on the 3-compartment sink (currently held together with tape). Replace.- There is a small leak at the drain line under the south side hand washing sink (visible drip and water puddle on the floor) - Repair.

Lighting over food preparation areas must be at least 50' candles. There is inadequate lighting over the ice bin at the bar - Install shielded supplemental lighting over the ice bin so that the bartender can easily see any contamination in the ice.

Routine inspection performed in conjunction with complaint CM14000144.No smoking signage visible at the bar.There was no smoking paraphernalia at the bar during the time of inspection.NOTES:- All hand washing stations were stocked and operational.- Refrigeration was at proper temperature (reach-ins 38F; 40F).- Test strips were available to set-up the 3-compartment sink for dish washing.
