Notes: No violations observed during the inspection. Facility was clean and organized. -Handsink clean and stocked.-Restroom clean and stocked.-Reach in cooler at 40F. Potato 38F; corn 39F. All dairy dates good.-Reach in freezer at 0F. All product frozen.-Observed proper food storage.-Observed proper chemical storage.-Utensils clean and stored properly.-Cutting boards clean and smooth.-Meatloaf cooling. Just cooked and 129F. At end of inspection; 30 min; 100F. Operator was moving meatloaf to the freezer in about 10 min. Reviewed cooling procedured. Good.-3 compartment sink set up properly. Sanitizer at 200 ppm Chlorine.-Test strips available.-Dishwasher is high temperature. rinse at 182F. Good.-No signs of pests or vermin.Per operator no other individuals have a CFPM certificate.Per operator no individuals have taken a CFPM exam and failed the exam within the past year.
