-establishment not oopen for business at time of inspection---no violations noted or problems noted--hand sink stocked with soap and paper towels--has test strips for chlorine blean sanitizer for use in 3 compalrtment sink- not made up at time of inspection--staff aware of testing procedure requiring 50-100 ppm chlorine---facility is clean and well-maintained--observed some food product in freezer--does not appear to be used for customers as no food service equipment is stored onsite--staff are aware that they cannot serve foods without a permit other than pretzels; peanuts; chips and such. (was told that freezer food is for Ms. Bev)
