Ice bags for sale are filled on property. Bags must be labelled with facility name; address and phone number. Facility must use printed labels or a stamp (or similar method of choice) to label each bag before being placed out for sale.

The following temperatures were noted throughout the facility:Walk-in cooler: 38FIce cream freezers: -33F; -25F and -9F. Please label equipment for employee use only (freezer next to slot machines) to avoid customer access. Ice machine clean and ice scoop and bucket properly stored.Discussed pest management with operator. No presence of vermin noted.Discussed cardboard boxes around dumpster with operator. He was holding them for a customer. He will discard them today if they're not picked up.Discussed proper sanitation of ice scoop and bucket utilizing 3-compartment sink.Restrooms stocked with dispenser soap and hands free air drying machines. Hot/cold running water.

The outside trash area needs all the recycling behind it cleaned up; looks like its been there awhile which invites vermin.
