All violations from the last inspection have been correctedFacility was being deep cleaned during the inspection by Cintas so not all areas of the kitchen were accessible. Fridges <=40F; cooling beans in shallow restaurant pan were at 50F; contact said they most likely has been placed in fridge between 11:00-12:00. Need to replace/install weather stripping on the most northern door in dining room and the on the door from the kitchen to the outside to prevent access by vermin.

Need to deep clean the following areas on the kitchen due to observed food debris and dust:Inside the white dry storage cabinet nest to the reach-in fridgeThe lower shelf of all the metal counters in the middle of the kitchen

Observed on mouse in a mouse trap near the back door but did not see any other mouse droppings; vermin in mouse traps or other vermin activity in either facility. Recommend facility inform the pest control operator (PCO). Certified food manager said they use to have issues with mice but have not as of late; kitchen was recently deep cleaned by Cintas. Need to sweep and sanitize floors within 48 hours or permit will be suspended.
