Ensure that the machine is cleaned and maintained on a regular schedule.

    -Handsink stocked.-All food and single service items stored properly.-Reach in with sandwiches observed at 37F. Thermometer available.-Walk in observed at 36F. Thermometer available.-Ice bags are labeled as required.-Ice scoop storage okay.-Restrooms stocked and cleaned.-Dates checked okay.-Discussed first in; first out proceedures. No issues found.-3 compartment sink and test strips available.-No pest issues noted at time of inpsection.-Discussed need of licensed pest control operator if needed.-Dumpster okay.-Lights shielded.-Door seals checked okay.-Discontinue use of sponges in 3 compartment sink as sponges harbor bacteria.-Discussed employee health and ensure that any employee with gastrointestinal illness (vomiting/diarreha) is excluded from working for 48 hours after symptoms has stopped.
