Observed the inside of the microwave with some build up of food products. Observed that the side of the drink prep area was covered with dirt and food particles. Non food contact surfaces of equipment dirty. All non food contact surfaces of equipment must be clean.
- General Comments that relate to this Inspection
-Hand sink stocked. Provided hand washing signs; signs shall be posted at hand sink; Employee handwashing good.-Discussed hand washing and no bare hand contact.-Muffins/Scones/Fruit purchased from approved sources and packaged at facility using no bare hand contact procedures.-Refrigerator temperatures observed at 32F and 36F.-Ice is obtained from convenience store and container is emptied every night.-Gray water is dumped at the convenience store each night and bottled water is used within the facility.-Discussed proper cleaning of dishes and utensils. Utensils may not be cleaned at home and shall be cleaned in the 3 compartment sink in the convenience store.-Facility uses bleach for sanitization. Sanitzation bucket concentration observed at 100 ppm.-Discussed employee health and that workers with gastrointestinal illness (vomiting/diarrhea) may not work for 48 hours after the symptoms have dissapeared.

Observed damp cloths on counter. Store wiping cloths in sanitizer bucket to prevent bacterial growth. Monitor sanitizer bucket to ensure chlorine concentration is between 50-100ppm.
