All food contact surfaces must be clean and free of debris.Observed cutting board becoming stained and numerous knife marks. Clean cutting board on regular basis to maintain sanitary conditions. Clean or replace cutting board if board is becoming hard to clean. Correct by 7/29/14.

All non food contact surfaces of equipment must be clean.Observed inside microwaves dirty inside. Inside all microwaves all surface need to be clean and sanitary. Clean on regular basis daily. Observed small grill drity with food stains. Clean on regular basis to maintain sanitary condtions. Clean on daily basis. Observed refrigerator doors dirty with food stains. Clean on daily basis to prevent cross contamination.

Burner must be moved to different location if being used to cook. Operator stated they don't use it. Burner must be removed from facility if not being used for any operation in this facility.

Scoop ok.Floors & counters ok - clean. ** Ice machine under not working - Parts on order. Repair when ready. Will be using store bought ice. This facility will have 60 days from today's date to have an employee or owner complete a 16 hour serve safe class. Once course is complete and certificate is received come to Health District and apply for and receive Washoe County Food Managers card. Complete by 6/15/14.*Kim will be taking class by the end of the month with Pastini.
