Noted ice covering several food packages at back end of freezer unit; Ice forming from condenation leak from coiil. service company staff arrived at this time to fix condensate leak in freezer and food packages covered with ice will be removed today.

Noted some debris and dust build-up and dried spill on walk-in cooler floor underneath shelves. Noted some dust and debris build-up on floor under shelving in back sotrage room.Clean floor more frequently in these areas to prevent build-up. Floors being cleaned right now.

No violations were observed at the time of inspection.NOTES:- Ensure that chemicals are always stored below and away from food products to prevent potential contamination.- Reviewed last pest control report. Performed by EcoLab on 1/5/12. The only activity noted was the removal of a wasp next on the exterior of the facility. No interior pest activity noted. No facility deficiencies noted.- All ambient refrigeration temperatures observed were at or near regulation (walk-in 36F; freezers -6; -9; ice freezer 24F).- No out of date product observed. No damaged product observed.

No violations observed at the time of inspection.OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS:- All hand sinks were stocked and operational.- The facility was clean and well organized. All refrigeration was at proper temperature (i.e. walk-in 39F; reach-in freezers -7F (x2)).- No out of date product or damaged product for sale observed.

No violations observed at the time of inspection.NOTES:- Walk-in ambient temperature 43F. All food was properly stored and out of date foods had been removed from service.- There is a minor amount of food debris underneath the food storage shelving in the warehouse. There has been possible rodent activity within the warehouse. If not already doing so; a PCO (certified Pest Control Operator) should be retained for preventative maintenance of the warehouse.
