General Comments that relate to this Inspection Noted hand sinks stocked and functional in prep area and in restrooms.Blender glasses are cleaned and sanitized in two compartment sink. Just few utensils used. Quat sanitizer checked at 200 ppm concentration in two compartment sink. Use sink properly to wash and rinse in first compartment changing water in between.Noted facility to be kept clean.

General Comments that relate to this Inspection Ok to issue permit to operate.Facility has a two compartment kitchen sink with direct waste connection. Plumber will re-route drain pipe to the floor sink located under the sink tomorrow.Two blender glasses and mixers; one set of tongs and one ice scoop are the only utensils employed. Reviewed with operator washing in first bowl of sink and rinsing over first bowl and sanitizing in second bowl of sink.Bakery good will be delivered by Haven on Earth Grains Bakery bulk to stock display case. Obtain label for different products that includes manufacture's information; name of product and list of ingredients for customer notification.No TCS foods being served or used. Risk category one assigned; no Certified Food Protection Manager required. However; there are three CFPMs on staff.Plans to open on 3/7/2015
