NOTES: Temperatures were good in refrigeration units 40F and below. Thermometers in each unit. The Deli freezer needs to be repaired; not properly holding temperature. Observed some of the product thawing; unit @ approx. 39F and product checked was in between frozen and 39F. Items moved to other freezers until unit is repaired.
