All use by dates current on prepared foods such as sandwiches made by Tiffin box. Snackbar observed clean and organized. All backstock of food stored in back warehouse and food is properly stored off ground. No chemicals stored next to food.Bathrooms observed clean and properly stocked. No damaged food products sold to customers.

Odwalla juice 1 door recorded at 40 F. All dates current. All food is prepackaged hermetically sealed foods. No open foods.All food properly stored off ground. Pest Control Operator services entire premise.Facility has two vending machines operated by third party and vendor owner properly labeled on both machines. Restrooms observed stocked and cleaned.
