No violations observed at the time of inspection.OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS:- All refrigeration temperatures observed were at or near requirements (reach-in 32F; 3-door glass reach-in 34F).- Test strips were available for both the 3-compartment sink and the dish machine. Dish machine tested 50ppm bleach; sink tested 100ppm quat. - Ensure that countertops are sanitized with sanitizer between customers and after cleaning. When washing dishes in the 3-compartment sink ensure that you follow the wash; rinse and sanitize procedure. Allow dishes to be fully submerged in the sanitizer for a minimum of one minute and then air dry.
