OBSERVATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS:- All refrigeration temperatures observed were at or near requirements (walk-in cooler 31F; bagged ice freezer 22F).- Stock rooms was properly organized with food stored separate from all chemicals.- Cleaning supplies were labeled and properly stored in the janitor's closet.- Reviewed last preventative pest control report. No activity noted. PCO is in once per quarter.

The self metering faucets on the hand washing sink in the Men's restroom only operate for a second or two before the need to reactivate the faucet. Pursuant to regulation; self metering type faucets must flow for a minimum of 15 seconds prior to shutting off. Replace or repair the faucets.

The marlite wall covering on the walls around the mop sink is heavily damaged from the water and is no longer easily cleanable. Remove and replace with FRP (fiberglass reinforced plastic) panel.

RECOMMENDATIONS & OBSERVATIONS:- Contact advised EcoLab is doing preventative pest control on a monthly basis. Last visit log not available. Maintain accurate logs and have available for inspection when requested.- All food product observed was properly stored away from chemicals and off the ground.- Potentially hazardous foods were properly stored under refrigeration. Ambient temperature of the reach in coolers = 37F.- Hand washing sinks were stocked and operational.
