[2] Food protected during storage; preparation; display; service; transportation Observed milk in 2 door refer with a recorded temperature of 46 F.Do monitor cold holding refer to be at temperatures below 40 F. Do not overstock refer so refer door seals to fridge allowing for a proper seal. * 4 gallons of milk moved to 2 year old room refer at time of inspection. Consider creating a cold holding temperature log to check temperatures and log cold holding temps.
[1] Thermometers provided and conspicuous Observed missing thermometers in freezer units of both reach in refers. Thermometer missing in cold holding unit. Ensure all refrigeration and freezer units are stocked with a conspicuously placed thermometer in order to monitor unit temperature.

Discontinue serving or handling any food that is potentially hazardous that is NOT individually wrapped and sealed per child use. Reviewed with person in charge 3 step cleaning process. All food service equipment must be washed in soapy water than rinsed in clear water and than sanitized in chlorine in water at 50-100 ppm.Please call health inspector once Certified Food Protection Manager Course is complete at 328-2682.

They serve nachoes; cut fruit; peanut buttter and crackers; string juice; yogurt. Most of food comes from Costco. Milk and yogurt brougt in weekly by "Model Dairy."Center must have a Certified Food Protection Manager on site to be able to serve the snacks and conducting cooking projects at the childcare center.
[1] Installed; maintained Please install a double well/2 compartment sink in kitchen. One side of the sink is to be designated as a handwasing only sink and the other side of the sink to be used for foodservice.
