Freezer 0 f; All fruit products stored in food grade containers & frozen.3 compartment sink operational - no leaks in plumbing. Chemicals stored in area away from food products. Floors; counters; & customer area clean & well maintained.Discussed cleaning of non food equipment (phones; point of sales; etc).Discussed no bare hand contact with ready to eat food items - gloves on hand - no issues. No employee has failed serve safe exam in last year.

CFPM for facility - certificate has expired. Jonathan Bascom will need to renew Serve Safe certificate. Will need to attend 16 hour serve safe w/in 60 days of today's date to be in compliance w/ Washoe County CFPm requirements. Certified Food Protection Manager requirements must be completed by 9/15/14 to prevent further enforcement action. CFPM follow up on 9/15/14.

370) Adequate lighting not provided. Provide sufficient lighting to ensure food protection and proper cleaning.Back room where 3 compartment sink is located light fixture is missing from ceiling. There is no light fixture. Light fixture must be installed to ensure there is enough light for washing dishes; ice machine; and cleaning purposes. Correct by 4/3/13 to prevent further enforcement actions. Re-inspection on 4/3/13.
