Will need to attend 16 hour serve safe w/in 60 days of today's date to be in compliance w/ Washoe County CFPm requirements. Certified Food Protection Manager requirements must be completed by 9/15/14 to prevent further enforcement action. CFPM follow up on 9/15/14.
