Increase sanitizer to keep at 200 ppm concentration.Quat test strips are available for montioring of sanitizer levels.Noted hand sinks stocked and functional in prep areas and in restroom.CFPM is also covering other location of this business. Ensure to obtain another CFPM for the other location as a CFPM may only be assigned to one permit to provide required coverage.
