Noted dirt and debris build-up on floor under equipment and shelving at back and front areas and in walk-in freezer; some areas are dirtier and others are cleaner but all areas need to be cleaned. Cleaning of floors in these areas must be done more frequenlty to prevent build-up. Clean floor sink next to walk-in fereezer more frequently to keep free of trash build-up

Ensure employees ill with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting and/or diarrhea)are excluded for at least 48 hours after symptoms stop.Walk-in cooler at 41 f-cut melon 41 fReach in cooler 40 f; display cooler at 40 fDiscussed wash; rinse; sanitize procedures. Sanitizer observed at 200 - 400 ppm quat. Test strips on site. Change sanitizer out every two hours or as needed.Facility very clean and well keptObserved multiple recycling dumpsters; but only one residential sized garbage can available for garbage for multiple businesses. Garbage can was overflowing at time of inspection. Garbage service appears to be inadequate. Increase garbage service to prevent attraction of pests/vermin.
