The items noted on the previous routine inspection conducted on 4/16/2013 have been corrected.Walk-in freezer floor to be cleaned more frequently from now on to prevent debris build-up there in the future.Restrooms undergoing remodel. One restroom being closed at a time and the other being kept open as unisex. Remodel planned to be completed by tomorrow.

Notes:1) Dumpster area clean. Please secure dumpster when facility is closed.Produce and other food products is donated to charity under an approved system/agreement with Trader Joe Companies.2) Receiving area is cleaned on a regular basis to prevent vermin attraction.3) Large walk-in reefer at 40 F; Walk-in freezer at 0 F. All cold holding units holding properly at 35 - 38 F.4) FIFO method being utilized. No expired products. Everything properly dated and labled. Food products are constantly being rotated properly and stocked.5) Employee; Demo area and restrooms properly stocked.6) All chemicals properly labeled and stored in separate location.7) Clean floor sink in employee's restroom.
