Violations: The following below were observed at time of inspection and need to be corrected prior to issuing permit.1) Per 180.100 need permitted name on two sides of vehicle in no less than 3 inch lettering.2) Need thermometers in every refer and freezer and one extra.3) Have a three compartment sink so able to do dishes need test strips for sanitizer.4) Refer at 60 degree F (no product) must be able to maintain 40 degree F start 30 minutres prior to putting any product in.5) Hot holding at 135 degree F; (no product) must be able to maintain 140 degree F start 30 minutes prior to putting any product in.6) Hand sink needs paper towels and soap not sanitizer7) No CFPM will bring in by the 26th of September.Notes: Below were noted at time of inspection:1) No cooling on mobile is prohibited.2) Same day service only; no cooling of product must throw away at end of night.3) Cook to order or hot hold 140 degree F only4) If take mobile home no food can be stored on truck all food will need to be stored at depot.5) Change in menu must be approved by WCDHD6) On board generator broke; using generator from another vehicle; must be self sustaining have 30 days to correct parts are on order.******Did not issue permit or sticker*******************
