Facility currently not operating and is primarily being used as storage to support Duffy's Restaurant. Occassional special events and private parties still occur. If operator decides to begin utilizing this facility on a regular basis WCHD must be notified in order to conduct a routine inspection.Operator shall contact WCHD prior to October 31; 2015 with decision on how this permit will be operated on a regular basis otherwise the permit will need to be closed out due to inactivity.

**Facility is only used for private catering for the Aces ball team. Operator wishes to keep permit available for public service and may open to the public next year. Operator willl contact Health District prior to opening for an inspection. Operations can be accessed with Arroyo Mexican Grill staff as well.Facility is in good shape.
