During routine inspection facility inquired as to whether or not they could remove the hand sink in the far south corner and utilize the centrally located sink as the hand sink. Based on health inspectors conversations with supervisor; this request is approved as long as the remaining sink is stocked at all times with pump soap and paper towels and is not utilized as a dump sink.

No violations observed during inspection. - Hand sinks clean and stocked. - Restrooms clean and stocked. - Juice fridge @ 35F. *Clean bottom shelf of this unit. - Sani buckets in place with 200 ppm Quat. - Good ice scoop storage. - Ice machine clean. - Dishwasher not being used as most items served in plastic. All other dishes washed in restaurant dishwasher. - Dairy fridge at outside bar @ 36F. * Discussed no bare hand contact with ready to eat foods with staff. Facility needs to develop a procedure for ensuring garnishes are not touched with bare hands. This can include the use of tongs; plastic toothpicks/swords; gloves; etc. * Two sinks exist in outside bar; a dump sink and a hand sink. Staff utilizes dump sink as hand sink as it is more accessible than hand sink. They also do not need a dump sink as everything is served in plastic cups. Health inspector will inquire and notify operator if one sink can be removed.
