Violation from previous inspection has been corrected. All duct tape has been removed from shelves. Swamp cooler on white cabinet is allowed to be installed and operated w/ the condition that is may not run when the store is closed and if it overflows onto cabinet the overflow drain will be required to be piped to nearest floor drain.

Observed numerous shelves and countertops with duct tape on them. The tape is dirty and often falling off. Duct tapoe shall not be used on customer contact shelves as it can harbor bacteria.

Violations from previous inspection have been corrected. - Door handle have been repaired and duct tape removed. - Facility has been decluttered and cleaned up in front and back storage area. Note: Facility is in process of installing a swamp cooler inside grocery store on top of a cabinet. Facility shall not continue this installation until WCHD can ensure this is an acceptable area to install this unit.

Door handle to restroom is being held together with duct tape. This handle or door should be properly repaired so the door is smooth and easily cleanable.

Facility is cluttered in numerous areas with various items that do not appear to be needed for daily operations or they are impeding cleanliness. This includes; but is not limited to: bags behind ice freezer; items under compressor area of fridges in back room; bags and boxes of food in back storage area; boxes of drinks on floors througout grocery area. Operator shall clean out cluttered areas to prevent pest harborage and ensure proper product rotation.
