NOTES:1) Provide a sanitizer bucket and store a clean cloth to wipe down food contact/preparation surfaces prior to and after use. Surfaces must be washed (soap and water) and rinsed clean prior to sanitizing.2) Ensure hands are washed prior to working and when changing gloves or duties.3) Always keep the hand sink stocked with soap and paper towels.
