No violations noted during inspection. Good product storage throughout facility. No pest issues observed. Bread walk in freezer @ -10F. Walk in freezer #2 @ -18F.Note: David West was CFPM for this facility but his last day of employment at Harrah's Reno will be 3/27/15. Robbie Ronholdt temporarily assigned as CFPM for this outlet as he is a F & B Supervisor. A full time warehouse employee shall become certified within the next 90 days to ensure active managerial control of this food outlet. Operator shall contact WCHD inspector at that time with the name and certification number of the new CFPM.
