    Observed hand sink not stocked with paper towels. Keep hand sinks stocked with soap and paper towels at all times to ensure proper hand washing. Corrected on site.

    Observed power cord for credit card machine taped to station with duct tape and servers have to pick cord up off floor to connect it each time they use it. Permanently attached this cord to station to eliminate need for duct tape and cord sitting on floor. Staff will try and get this removed completely today.

    All violations except the above have been corrected.-Sanitizer buckets are in place and staff has log sheets to track sanitizer concentrations.

    Observed sanitizer bucket in palce but w/out solution. Also observed wiping cloths not being placed in sanitizer buckets. Wiping cloths must be kept in sanitizing solutionbetween uses to prevent bacteria growth and should be refreshed every 4 hours. Corrected on site.

    Dishwasher was out of sanitizer. Bottle was changed out and machine tested @ 100ppm chlorine. *Violation corrected but operator still needs to get onto a standard operating procedure where machines are tested daily and any problems are corrected immediately. All dishes at bar re-washed*
