No violations noted during inspection. Hand sinks clean and stocked. All dishes washed in upstairs Convention Center. Main reach in unit @ 39F. *Thermometers on inside of reach in doors are not displaying accurate temps of unit. These thermometers should be moved to an area that is indicative of actual temp in unit. Good product dates. Good product storage throughout facility. Ice machine clean. Good scoop/shovel storage. Speed guns clean.*Remove small area of duct tape from metal flashing under sink.
