Glasswasher was serviced but chlorine concentration was low at this time; chlorine raised to 50 ppm concentration after being primed; Glasswasher had not been used yet this day. Service call placed at this time to service dishwasher again to ensure it operates continuously at proper concentrations of 50 to 100 ppm. Ensure to check glasswasher twice daily with test strips to keep proper con concentrations continuosly.

Ran and primed the dish machine. Tested 0ppm chlorine sanitizer residual. Repair. Until the unit is repaired all dishes that require sanitization (those going out to the customer) must be done in the sink or in the one working machine in the service bar or use disposable service. This is a 48 hour correction requirement (by 11AM Thursday 7-21-11).
