Observed some food products in small single door reach-in refrigeration unit above 40F. Tuna checked at 57F; chicken breast at 43F; turkey at 55F; tomatoes at 48F. Facility shall ensure all potentially hazardous foods stay at 40F or below.The unit appears to be working; however; there was not good air circulation in unit. Please move some products to another refrigeration unit to improve air circulation. Potentially hazardous foods above 40F were discarded.correction on-site
