CORRECTED ON SITE.

No food observed being prepared or hot held at time of inspection.Manager Tim Hinkson has recently renewed ServSafe course with John Roberts. He has passed exam but has not recevied his picture ID yet. Please call health inspector once Washoe County Food Protection Manager Certificate is received and posted on site at 328-2682. Snackbar is no longer serving hot dogs; breakfast burritoes and other sandwiches. Discussed with operator option to close snackbar permit. Mr. Hinkson will follow up with corporate and contact health inspector to confirm the closing of snackbar permit. This facility also has a grocery store permit. The store has a soda fountain machine (bag in the box system) and self contained brewing and dispensing coffee machines. No violations observed at time of inspection.
