    Observed ice in ice machine with visible debris. Operator stated that ice machine was cleaned on 01/21/15 and in invoice was on site to verify services rendered. Facility shall clean ice machine metal deflector plate and the edges around the ice machine lid of all buidup. The ice shall be removed and new fresh ice made.

All non food contact surfaces must be maintained properly.Observed the bottom of the reach in beverage cooler with heavy rust and pooled liquid. Discussed with operator to investigate leak inside unit and clean inside of entire beverage cooler.

    Please store the service ice in a separate container; bin or tub at the ice bin which has hoses stored directly inside it.This type of construction at the ice bin is not easily cleanable and service ice used for beverage consumption may not be stored inthis manner due to cross contamination from possible mold and bacteria growth around the hoses.

    Observed only handsink in bar with water clog in it. Handsink cannot drain and was not in use at time of inspection. All hand washing sinks must remain unobstructed and accessible during operation to ensure proper hand washing.Do use one of the compartments at 3 compartment sink to wash hands properly until handsink is repaired. Facility has hot and cold water. This must be corrected within 48 hours. Failure to correct violation will result in immediate suspension of health permit.

    Cold holding units recorded at 42 F at both reach in one door and at reach in beer bunker. Do monitor temperatures at these two units where dairy products are stored to maintain cold holding at 40 F or lower.Quat sanitizer at 3 compartment sink recorded at 200 ppm. Reviewed with operator to test Quat sanitizer on a daily basis to be within the ranges of 200-400 ppm. Bar guns and holders observed clean. Bathrooms observed clean and stocked. Alcohol warning posted in women's restroom.Please remove the outdoor barbecue and electric roasting pan and condiments for barbecued foods from bar. This facility is not permitted to sell; prepare or cook foods other than incidental foods such as nuts; popcorn; pretzels and chips. These food items must be offered in individual customer bowls; cups; no communal bowls. Discontinue any barbecue activities until the proper permits are acquired.A reinspection is required.
