Do provide stem thermometer in order to monitor food temperatures.-3 compartment sink and test strips available-sanitizer solution measured at 100ppm chlorine-ice machine clean; scoop stored properly-food stored properly-chemicals labeled and properly stored-facility is clean and well maintained-restrooms stocked and clean-date marking system in place; discussed first in; first out procedures with no issues noted-regular pest control by Orkin; no issues noted at time of inspection-dumpster ok-discussed employee health - ensure anyone with gastrointestinal symptoms (vomiting / diarrhea) is excluded for 48 hours after symptoms stop.
