    All violations have been corrected at time of reinspection.Please paint the drywall repair in back kitchen to be smooth and easily cleanable. Reviewed with dishwasher to wash hands after washing dishes. Observed employee with good grade gloves on while washing dishes. Hands shall be washed prior and after washing food service equipment and gloves changed between tasks.

    Health inspector conducted a site visit after a citizen complaint for food establishment. I met with Victor Olvera; general manager for Subway located at 400 W. 5th street in Reno. He attests that he has seen cockroach activity and the cockroaches may be entering and exiting throught a hole in drywall next to walk in cooler. A reinspection is required. Failure to correct violation by stated abatement dates will result in reinspection fees being charged.
